Craig Fowler was one of the first attorneys in Texas to obtain Board Certification in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Formerly Judge of the 255th District Court of Dallas County (a designated family law court), Craig has tried or adjudicated literally thousands of family law cases. Craig pioneered the use of mediation in the family courts. He has served as a trainer for the Attorney Mediators Institute and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and mediated over 400 civil and family law cases. Collaborative and early intervention mediation are additional cutting edge types of alternative dispute resolution in which Craig has been involved. He has been a frequent lecturer on family law and mediation to a variety of professional organizations. Craig frequently serves as a Special Judge, an especially appropriate arrangement for parties who would like a quicker and less public forum to resolve their disputes.
Mark Scroggins is an experienced and aggressive family law trial attorney who has a special expertise in e-discovery and technology, which is invaluable in today’s computer-centered world. An author and lecturer, Mark’s background in business litigation serves his high net worth, business owner and executive clients well in complex property divorce and child custody matters. Mark has also been named one of the top lawyers for women in the state of Texas.
John Fowler offers a combination of experience in business and family law matters, which is an invaluable trait in many divorces. He has an understanding of the difficult decisions that a spouse may face in valuation and division of assets and debts, and the ability to clearly present his client’s position to the court.
