When conflicts arise, we handle administrative hearings for employees or employers before government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Commission on Human Rights, the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Labor, or the Texas Workforce Commission. If necessary, we represent clients in lawsuits in state and federal courts, including all Texas state courts, United States District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
