The litigation section of our firm is composed of an accomplished team of lawyers, each of whom has more than fifteen years experience.  It includes Board Certified attorneys, AV-rated attorneys, members of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a retired District Judge. Our practice encompasses both state and federal courts.

In addition to our state-wide Texas practice, we have served as Local Counsel in Denton County for over 25 years.  Denton County's Local Rules recommend that out-of-county attorneys retain local counsel for cases that have been filed in Denton County.  Wheter you are an attorney or a litigant, tt's good to have someone who is familiar with local court practices on your side.

While litigation is often necessary, it's not always the first or most cost-effective choice for dispute resolution.  At Hammerle Finley we believe that the practice of law requires us to be counselors as well as attorneys. Sometimes we can accomplish this through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods. In some situations when the outcome of the dispute is critical to the future of the business enterprise, litigation may be the best or only course of action.
