Diana focuses her practice on  Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and School Law.   She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, assisting in the recovery of millions of dollars by way of jury verdicts and settlement.  She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma.

Diana graduated from Broken Arrow High School.  After more than a decade of corporate business experience, she returned to school full time, graduating with honors from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management.  She then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she became a member of the Order of Barristers and received the CALI Award of Excellence in Employee Benefits Law.
